  • Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills
  • 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
  • Ability to understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions
  • Self-motivated and ability to work independently
  • Managing and developing relationships with clients – Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes
  • Experience within the SaaS, E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries strongly preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business/Marketing or any related field

Desired Skills, Certifications

  • Strong customer relationship building
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Extensive sales and account management experience – 3 years and above
  • Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
  • IT SaaS Sales background
  • Strong sales and negotiation skills

Responsibility

  • Managing and developing relationships with clients
  • Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
  • Existing customer visits – HO or stores
  • Connecting to key business executives
  • Understand customer’s business issues, desired business outcomes, and recommend solutions based on Contrast’s best practices
  • Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
  • Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
