We are looking for a smart and dynamic professional striving to achieve excellence. As an Inside Sales Executive, you will be the engine of our sales pipeline, taking a proactive approach to building and chasing accounts to schedule qualified meetings for the sales team. This is an office-based role that requires a blend of traditional grit (cold calling) and modern tech-savviness (AI and LinkedIn).
Key Responsibilities
- Proactive Account Penetration: Take ownership of building a target account list and prospecting through persistent, creative outreach.
- Meeting Generation: Focus on scheduling highly qualified meetings for the sales team by identifying and engaging key decision-makers.
- Multi-Channel Outreach: Generate, cold call, and qualify leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn.
- AI-Powered Sales: Leverage AI tools for lead research, personalized content generation, and optimizing outreach timing to increase conversion rates.
- Strategic Support: Provide consistent support to the sales team to ensure a smooth transition from lead to opportunity.
- CRM Management: Maintain and up-keep the CRM system with high data integrity to track account progress.
Skills & Experience
- Education: Diploma or Degree holder.
- Experience: Must have 1–2 years of inside sales experience , specifically within an enterprise software company.
- Communication Excellence: Must have excellent phone etiquette, storytelling skills, and superior written/verbal English.
- Modern Sales Toolkit: Proficient in MS Office, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and AI productivity tools.
- Tenacity: A self-driven approach with a passion for creating value and an innovative mindset.
- Location: Office-based (Mumbai regional office).
- Work Hours: 9 am to 6 pm, Mondays to Fridays.
