Head of Digital Marketing

Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced and visionary Head of Digital Marketing to lead our digital strategy and drive significant online growth. The ideal candidate will be a results-oriented leader with a proven track record in developing and executing comprehensive digital marketing campaigns that enhance brand awareness, generate leads, and increase sales. This role requires strong analytical skills, deep understanding of the digital landscape, and the ability to mentor a high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Strategy & Planning:
  • Develop and execute a holistic digital marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
  • Define digital goals, KPIs, and metrics for success.
  • Drive lead generation through PPC and SEO.
  • Conduct ongoing market research, competitive analysis, and trend studies.
  • Create detailed digital marketing plans including audience and persona mapping.
Campaign Management & Optimization:
  • Lead planning, execution, and optimization of digital marketing campaigns.
  • SEO: Implement advanced on-page, off-page, and technical SEO strategies.
  • SEM/PPC: Manage and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and social platforms.
  • Social Media: Run strategies, content, and engagement across key platforms.
  • Must have experience with LinkedIn paid campaigns and overall LinkedIn management.
  • Email Marketing: Oversee segmentation, automation, and campaign optimization.
  • Website & UX/CRO: Improve user experience and conversion rates.
  • Hands-on expertise in AEO and SEO.
  • Strong proficiency in AI tools for marketing workflows.
Analytics & Reporting:
  • Use advanced analytics tools to track and measure digital performance.
  • Prepare and present performance reports, ROI analysis, and KPI updates to leadership.
Team Leadership & Management:
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing digital marketing team.
  • Encourage creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Set goals, conduct reviews, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Manage and allocate digital marketing budgets effectively.
Collaboration & Stakeholder Management:
  • Work closely with sales, product, customer service, and creative teams for integrated campaigns.
  • Manage agencies, vendors, and partners for effective digital execution and lead generation.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or related field.
  • 8+ years of progressive digital marketing experience in e-commerce, B2B, or SaaS.
  • Proven history of executing digital strategies that drive measurable growth.
  • Expertise in SEO, PPC, social media, email marketing, and analytics.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, ZOHO, SEMrush, and Strapi.
  • Strong analytical thinking and data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal abilities.
  • Strategic mindset with creative problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptable with a passion for new digital trends and technologies.
