The two platforms are set to revolutionise the retail and e-commerce landscape in India.

The exclusive event was initiated by Mr. Raj Jagasia, Executive Director, ETP Group with the Welcome Address.

Mr. Naresh Ahuja, Chairman & CEO, ETP Group led the discussions by introducing the company and its new cloud platforms. He also shared insights on the future trends and challenges of organized retail in India.

Mr. Neev Ahuja, Director – Strategic Initiatives, ETP Group then introduced Ordazzle – ETP’s multi-channel e-Commerce Management Platform. Neev also shed light on the importance of smart order management in effortlessly managing and scaling multi-channel e-commerce businesses.

The audience was treated to a sneak peek of the Ordazzle e-commerce management platform, presented by Mr. Veer Ahuja, Director – Solution Architecture, ETP Group.

He presented an exclusive live demonstration of ETP Unify’s user-friendly interface. The platform consolidates all data into one database, empowering merchants to serve customers across channels efficiently. Additionally, it enables them to leverage advanced clienteling techniques to maximize sales opportunities and create amazing customer experiences that drive loyalty and business growth.

A fabulous dance act announced the official launch of the two innovative cloud platforms – ETP Unify and Ordazzle
