Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Accounts handling Sales and revenue – Invoicing and Accounting for both domestic and export customers in Excel, Tally, e-invoicing etc, for customer and inter-company.
- Maintaining books of accounts in Tally both in Indian currency and foreign currency.
- Compilation and updating of Management MIS.
- AR maintenance and Maintaining management MIS for update and feedback.
- Accounting in Tally as per department budget codes, and attending to the Audit Queries
- To co-ordinate with outsourced audit team for bookkeeping and GST filing.
- To follow up for TDS certificates, Bank Reco on periodic basis.
The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company
Skills And Experience
Qualifications & Experience
- B.Com. / M.Com.
- Proficiency in Tally Prime.
- 5+ years of relevant experience in the IT Services industry.
Key Skills
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced Excel functions, and Google Sheets.
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
