Job Description

  • Drive end-to-end recruitment delivery, from requirement gathering to offer closure, ensuring complete lifecycle management across mandates.
  • Partner with hiring managers and business leaders to understand role requirements, skill expectations, experience benchmarks, and hiring timelines.
  • Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies, including market mapping and target company identification.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, stakeholder engagement, approvals, offer negotiation, and joining follow-ups.
  • Demonstrate strong headhunting capabilities for niche and hard-to-find talent through LinkedIn, networking, market mapping, and passive candidate outreach.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels such as job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, networking, and vendor partnerships.
  • Conduct structured telephonic and video interviews to assess candidates for functional, technical, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate interviews with stakeholders, ensuring timely feedback, communication, and closure at every stage.
  • Manage stakeholder engagement and approval workflows for shortlists, compensation benchmarking, and final offer sign-offs.
  • Handle end-to-end offer management, including compensation discussions, negotiations, approvals, and formal offer roll-out.
  • Support the HR Head on Talent Acquisition initiatives including hiring plans, priority mandates, TA dashboards, vendor coordination, and process adherence.
  • Remain flexible to hire across both non-tech and tech roles, including IT and technology mandates as per business requirements.
  • Stay updated on market trends and talent dynamics to effectively support technology hiring needs.
  • Guide and mentor junior recruiters (where applicable), ensuring quality profiles and improved delivery effectiveness.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment trackers, ATS records, and documentation for audit and reporting purposes.
  • Build and nurture strong talent pipelines for recurring and critical skill sets through continuous engagement and market mapping.
  • Ensure a seamless and positive candidate experience through consistent communication and professional engagement throughout the hiring journey.

Requirement

  • 10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition with exposure to both non-tech and tech hiring.
  • Strong stakeholder management and business partnering capability.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing a team of recruiters, driving performance, quality, and closures.
  • Proven track record of handling complex and leadership-level mandates.
  • Excellent negotiation and offer management skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
