Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes from onboarding to separation (Hire to Retire).
  • Coordinate and execute employee onboarding, documentation, and induction processes.
  • Maintain and update employee records, HRMS data, and personnel files with accuracy.
  • Administer ZingHR request and employee regularization processes.
  • Handle employee confirmation, transfer, promotion, and separation documentation.
  • Manage Full & Final Settlement (F&F) processes and exit formalities within defined timelines.
  • Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, including appointment letters, increment letters, experience letters, and other employment-related documents.
  • Support implementation and communication of HR policies, processes, and guidelines.
  • Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and HR communication activities.
  • Address employee queries related to HR operations, policies, attendance, ZingHR HRMS.
  • Prepare and maintain HR MIS reports, dashboards, and monthly HR data analytics.
  • Support performance management and annual appraisal processes from an HR operations perspective.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies, audit requirements, and process governance standards.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and contribute towards automation and operational efficiency within HR functions.

Experience and Skills:

  • Relevant experience of atleast 4 years in HR Operations.
  • BMS, B.com or a related field/ MBA specialized in HR.
