Responsibilities
- Define and maintain a compelling brand identity and positioning that resonates with the target audience and remains consistent across all marketing channels and touchpoints.
- Oversee the creation of impactful marketing content, collateral, and presentations.
- Develop, execute, and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns including digital marketing, PPC, SEM, content marketing, social media, email marketing, PR, events, webinars, and more.
- Lead the overall marketing strategy including branding, positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans aligned with company growth and market positioning.
- Be MQL-driven and budget-driven with strong expertise in lead generation, nurturing, demand generation campaigns, SEO/SEM strategies, and conversion optimization.
- Adopt a process-driven approach: plan, budget, report, analyse, and improve.
- Hire, guide, and manage a high-performing marketing team, ensuring optimal resource allocation and measurable ROI.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and properly updated CRM.
- Ensure the company website runs smoothly, remains updated, and supports ongoing campaigns.
- Collaborate closely with sales to align marketing and sales objectives, optimize lead handoff, and enhance sales enablement materials.
- Understand and build ICPs and customer personas for software and SaaS business models.
- Analyse market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to refine marketing strategies.
- Drive thought-leadership initiatives such as whitepapers, industry reports, and speaking opportunities.
- Collaborate with external agencies, partners, and vendors to strengthen marketing efforts.
- Stay updated on industry trends, technologies, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
- Build strategic partnerships and alliances with industry stakeholders, influencers, and organizations to enhance visibility and expand reach.
Qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in senior B2B marketing roles in the software industry, preferably SaaS.
- Proven ability to drive successful marketing strategies and campaigns with measurable ROI in a tech/SaaS environment.
- Strong leadership experience managing and mentoring marketing teams.
- Demonstrated experience in demand-generation campaigns to drive acquisition, engagement, and retention.
- Expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, and conversion optimization to generate and nurture qualified leads.
- Experience leading content teams, including strategy and execution.
- Experience managing participation in industry events.
- Strong capability in monitoring and reporting on marketing performance metrics and KPIs.
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to handle multiple initiatives.
- Data-driven decision-making mindset with strong analytical abilities.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms such as Zoho and HubSpot.
- Experience in partnership development and high-level analyst interactions.
- Strong background in conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
- Existing vendor network for marketing requirements such as film production, merchandise, and events.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Strong organizational skills with high attention to detail.
- Updated knowledge of SaaS and technology industry trends.
