Job Description:

An enthusiastic and self-driven individual who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:

  • Build and execute with the team , a strong sales strategy for New Business growth for ETP’s market-leading Retail, e-commerce solutions in the territory and achieve KPIs
  • Be a self-starter to work with the team and generate leads as well as establish a structured sales methodology and process including opportunity validation, pursuit and closure. This includes establishing a strong sales operating pace, providing accurate forecast and pipeline updates to the business stakeholders
  • Engage and develop trusted relationships with customers and map with senior decision makers to understand the customers prospects' business requirements and pain points, mapping it to solution offerings

Unified Commerce Solutions

  • Work with the cross-team members including inside sales, marketing and technical solution architects to progress opportunities including fine-tuning of solution for prospects and to close deals
  • Attend meetings to align strategy with manager and other stakeholders and upkeep CRM regularly
  • Perform business development-related work as an ambassador of ETP in the Subsidiary.
  • Regularly coach, and work closely with your team members to perform and grow opportunities
  • Plan and execute market engagement events and digital marketing activities with the marketing team
  • Ensure Timely collection of receivables.

Skills & Experience

  • 8-15 years of Software sales experience with strong SaaS/ Cloud and services experience with a strong track record of closing new business deals and growing territory business
  • Familiarity with opportunity qualification processes such as MEDDPICC or similar
  • Creativity in solving complex problems.
  • Must be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, confident and a strong communicator who can work well and motivate a team.
  • Is a long-term player
  • Can find, maintains and grows win-win relationships.
  • Prior experience selling software solutions at C suite level is essential with Good understanding of software solutions, cloud, eCommerce, CRM & ERP
