Execute cross-channel sales orders to ensure timely deliveries
ETP OMS has Sales Order functioning to support retailers in executing the home delivery orders coming from the stores or e-Commerce, wholesale sales to dealers or SOR for LFS and departmental stores for shop-in-shop model. A sales order created by you specifies the item(s), which are ordered by a customer, along with the price, terms and conditions of that order. The warehouse sales data is transferred to ETP Analytics to get the overall sales across various retail formats. The sales order is integrated with warehousing for allocation, picking, packing and the delivery process.
