Regional Customer Success Manager
High Level Job Description:
Require an enthusiastic and a talented person who thrives in enterprise software sales and can:
- Be the Single Point of Contact for Customer Success in respective region in India and manage relationships with senior leadership of customers
- Grow base customer revenue and create net new opportunities.
- Conceptualize and implement strategies with a view to expand existing relationships for ETP products / services.
- Work with ETP Solution Architects to fine tune and present solutions to customers
- Ensure Time bound Revenue book and collection of receivables.
- Grow and build CSM team in the region as may be required from time to time.
Experience and Skills:
An enthusiastic and talented person who thrives in enterprise sales and can:
- Align with customers and ETP to create a joint vision of the future
- Empathy with customer.
- Be consistent and detail oriented
- University Degree with atleast 8 to 12 years of sales/consulting experience.
- Creativity in solving complex problems.
