Job Description:
Key Responsibilities
- Lead proposal planning, preparation, RFP/RFI responses, and bid management across geographies, including quality checks and alignment with customer needs.
- Develop and implement sales strategies, pricing models, contract negotiations, and stakeholder mapping to maximize profitability and identify market opportunities.
- Oversee accounts receivable (monitor balances, resolve disputes, create reports) and accounts payable (process invoices, manage vendor payments, ensure compliance).
- Drive deal reviews, competition analysis, value propositions, account planning, MIS/forecasting reports, and cash flow consolidation with regular sales follow-ups.
- Manage a team of commercial executives, collaborate with finance/legal for agreements, and prepare case studies/testimonials.
Key Skills:
- Expertise in Microsoft Office suite, especially Excel for financial modeling and MIS.
- Proficiency in accounts receivable/payable processes, financial reconciliation, and risk management.
- Retail domain knowledge, strategic thinking, and leadership to mentor teams.
- The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.
Experience:
- PG/MBA in Finance or related field.
- 15 years of experience, with 4+ years in managerial roles in retail/SaaS domain.
- Advanced Excel skills (analysis, macros, reporting), strong analytical and communication abilities, and ability to handle multiple deadlines confidentially.
