Key Responsibilities

High-Intent MQL & Performance Marketing

  • Plan and execute high-precision Google Ads (Search, Display, Video) campaigns across India & APAC.
  • Lead LinkedIn ABM campaigns targeting CXOs, CTOs, Digital Heads in Retail & eCommerce.
  • Expert-level keyword intent mapping and automated bidding (tCPA / tROAS).
  • Design and optimize landing pages with: LCP < 2 seconds, zero tracking leaks, and accurate Zoho CRM attribution.
  • Own Google Tag Manager (GTM) including server-side tracking.

Search Dominance – AEO, SIO & GEO

  • Transition from traditional SEO to Answer Engine Optimization (AEO).
  • Ensure brand visibility in AI answer engines like ChatGPT, Claude, and Perplexity.
  • Implement advanced schema markups & knowledge graph structuring.
  • Manage SEO agency performance (technical audits, backlink quality, on-page health).

Website Ownership & Technical Management (Strapi CMS)

  • Full technical ownership of ETP & Ordazzle websites.
  • Drive Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) roadmap using AI heatmaps & behavior tracking.
  • Ensure security, mobile responsiveness, and site performance.
  • Lead web development vendors with strong technical oversight.
  • Build first-party data strategy with high-value gated content.

CRM, Automation & Sales Alignment

  • Ensure seamless data flow into Zoho CRM.
  • Architect automation workflows ensuring <30-minute speed-to-lead.
  • Lead marketing database segmentation & hygiene.
  • Design high-converting email nurture journeys in Zoho Marketing Plus.
  • Maintain zero-leak marketing-to-sales handoff.

Online Reputation Management (ORM)

  • Own B2B review platforms like G2, Capterra & Gartner Peer Insights.
  • Maintain 4.5+ rating and strong review pipeline.
  • Monitor brand sentiment using AI listening tools.
  • Dominate search results for branded keywords via SEO & PR.

Social Media & Thought Leadership

  • Own LinkedIn (Primary), Twitter & YouTube roadmap.
  • Build thought leadership engine in Unified Commerce.
  • Drive “Zero-Click” content strategy.
  • Lead employee advocacy programs.
  • Repurpose whitepapers into high-engagement social assets.

Ideal Candidate Profile

  • 10–12 years of progressive experience in Digital Marketing (Minimum 5+ years in B2B SaaS).
  • Deep understanding of Retail & eCommerce markets across India & APAC.
  • Strong hands-on experience in Google Ads Editor, GTM, SEMrush, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoho CRM, and Strapi CMS.
  • AI-native mindset – Uses AI tools daily for technical audits, AEO strategy, content optimization, and performance analytics.
  • A “Player-Coach” who can define strategy and execute technically.
