Essential Skills

  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Strong prospecting and persuasion skills with the ability to understand technical aspects of products.
  • 5+ years of SaaS sales experience with a proven record of closing new business deals and growing accounts.
  • Energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, confident, and an effective team communicator.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time efficiently without constant supervision.
  • Ability to collaborate with all professional levels including CEOs, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers, and Solution Architects.

Skills & Experience

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to identify customer pain points and present solutions.
  • Self-starter capable of generating leads and establishing a structured sales methodology including validation, pursuit, and closure.
  • Ability to maintain a consistent sales operating pace with accurate forecasting and pipeline updates.
  • Experience performing business development activities as an ambassador of ETP in the subsidiary.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, and CRM tools such as Zoho CRM or Zoho Campaigns Manager.
  • Prior experience selling software solutions at the CEO level is essential.

Responsibilities

  • Build and execute a strong sales strategy to drive new business growth and achieve KPIs.
  • Generate and qualify opportunities for sales and identify new business growth avenues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as inside sales and marketing, along with independent research, to identify and engage prospects.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with existing customers through consistent CRM activities.
  • Ensure revenue delivery by managing pipeline creation, progression, and timely closure while coordinating with managers and supporting teams.
