Job Summary:
The Country Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading market expansion, and establishing a strong presence for ETP’s Retail and E-commerce solutions in Indonesia. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, stakeholder management and team leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute country-level sales strategy to drive new business growth
- Acquisition of new logos, achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting and lead generation
- Engage with senior stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, Directors, and IT leaders to drive business outcomes
- Collaborate with internal technical and solution teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
- Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
- Provide regular insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance
- Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive performance and growth
- Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture
- Drive strategic initiatives to expand market share and identify new growth opportunities
- Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

Skills & Experience:
- Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
- Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, including new logo acquisition and country-level leadership
- Strong understanding of retail technology, e-commerce platforms, cloud, CRM, and ERP solutions
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
- Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
- High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
- Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
