Job Summary:

The Country Manager – Sales will be responsible for driving revenue growth, leading market expansion, and establishing a strong presence for ETP’s Retail and E-commerce solutions in Indonesia. This role requires a strategic leader with deep expertise in enterprise SaaS sales, stakeholder management and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute country-level sales strategy to drive new business growth
  • Acquisition of new logos, achieve revenue targets and sales KPIs
  • Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through structured prospecting and lead generation
  • Engage with senior stakeholders including CEOs, COOs, Directors, and IT leaders to drive business outcomes
  • Collaborate with internal technical and solution teams to deliver tailored customer solutions
  • Maintain accurate forecasting and reporting through CRM systems
  • Provide regular insights on market trends, competitive landscape, and business performance
  • Lead, coach, and develop the sales team to drive performance and growth
  • Foster a high-performance, accountable, and collaborative sales culture
  • Drive strategic initiatives to expand market share and identify new growth opportunities
  • Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, partners, and industry stakeholders

The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company 

Skills & Experience:

  • Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related discipline (preferred)
  • Proven track record in enterprise SaaS sales, including new logo acquisition and country-level leadership
  • Strong understanding of retail technology, e-commerce platforms, cloud, CRM, and ERP solutions
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills
  • Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management capabilities
  • High level of ownership, accountability, and execution focus
  • Ability to operate effectively in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
