Job Description:

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Senior Digital Executive with over 5 years of experience specializing in LinkedIn campaigns, PPC, and SEO. The ideal candidate will lead the planning, strategy development, and execution of digital marketing initiatives aimed at maximizing brand visibility, lead generation, and overall campaign ROI.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the planning and development of comprehensive digital marketing strategies, focusing on LinkedIn campaigns, PPC advertising, and SEO to meet business objectives.
  • Design, implement, and optimize high-impact LinkedIn advertising campaigns targeting relevant professional audiences.
  • Manage end-to-end PPC campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads, ensuring optimal performance and budget allocation.
  • Conduct in-depth SEO audits and develop actionable on-page and off-page SEO strategies to enhance organic traffic and search rankings.
  • Oversee the execution of digital campaigns, collaborating with creative, content, and marketing teams to deliver engaging and effective ad creatives and landing pages.
  • Monitor campaign performance with advanced analytics tools, providing regular reports and strategic recommendations to improve results.
  • Stay current with industry trends and emerging digital marketing technologies to maintain a competitive edge.
  • Mentor and guide junior team members in digital marketing best practices and campaign execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of professional experience in digital marketing with strong expertise in LinkedIn campaigns, PPC, and SEO.
  • Demonstrated ability to plan, strategize, and execute successful digital marketing campaigns.
  • Proven success in managing and optimizing LinkedIn paid campaigns.
  • Deep knowledge of PPC platforms including Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proficient in SEO tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or similar.
  • Excellent analytical skills to interpret data and inform strategic decisions.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and deliver in fast-paced environments.
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
