Essential Skills:
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
- Build and execute with the team a strong sales strategy for New Business growth for ETP’s market-leading Retail and e-commerce solutions in the territory and achieve KPIs. Regularly coach and work closely with your team members to perform and grow opportunities.
- 5+ years of SaaS sales experience preferred with a strong track record of managing a team, addressing new business deals, and growing accounts. A strong record of achievement is key.
- Must be energetic, upbeat, entrepreneurial, confident, and a strong communicator who can work well with a team. Expected to have a strong local network of customer and ecosystem relationships.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively without constant supervision.
- Ability to work with all levels of professionals within a business including key business decision-makers like Owner/CEO, Directors, Business Managers, IT Managers, and Solution Architects.
Desired Skills, Certifications:
- Strong analytical, problem-solving skills, and the ability to identify customer pain points and how we can address them.
- A self-starter who can generate leads and establish a structured sales methodology and process including opportunity validation, pursuit, and closure. This includes a sales operating pace, providing accurate forecasts and pipeline updates to the business stakeholders.
- Perform business development-related work as an ambassador of ETP in the Subsidiary.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, and Word) and CRM usage such as Zoho CRM software / Zoho Campaigns Manager.
Education Qualification:
- Graduate: (Any) IT Background preferred.
- Post Graduate: MBA – Marketing.
