Content Strategy & Planning:

Key activities:

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive content strategy aligned with business goals (lead generation, customer acquisition, brand building, customer retention).
  • Analyse Competition and identify content gaps and opportunities.
  • Establish content calendars and workflows for various content formats (EDM’s, blog posts, ebooks, case studies, social media, website copy, etc.).
  • Define content pillars and themes that resonate with target audiences.

Content Creation & Production Supervision:

  • Oversee the creation of high-quality, engaging, and informative content across all channels.

  • Implement content quality control processes (editing, proofreading).
  • Explore and implement new and innovative content formats.

Essential Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in communications, marketing, english, journalism, or related field.
  • At least 6 years of experience writing content or copy for a B2B audience and with a technology industry.
  • Excellent writing and editing skills, as well as the ability to communicate and collaborate effectively.
  • Knowledge of digital marketing tactics, including SEO, email marketing and web analytics.
  • Strong communication, research, and typing skills.
  • Creativity, resourcefulness, flexibility, and motivation.
  • Ability to understand the needs associated with a project and the target audience.
  • Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Working knowledge of content management systems.
  • Should submit a portfolio of published articles.
  • Receptive to feedback.
  • Willingness to meet deadlines.
