Test Manager

Job description/profile:

Responsible for overall Testing process in R&D
Responsible for building Test Automation with Selenium for ETP’s cloud products
Closely working with development team for coordinating with forthcoming development deliverables for Testing
Responsible for developing the test plan, reviewing test cases, and ensuring the test coverage
Managing team of Test Engineers
Generating the testing/quality report for the periodic management review
Document, implement, monitor, and enforce all processes for testing as per standards defined by the organization
Responsible for carrying out Functional, Integration & Nonfunctional Testing
Ensure the timely delivery of different testing milestones
Act as the single point of contact between Development and Testers
Implementation of Test Automation

Skills & Experience:

Good functional knowledge of Retail Processes
Total 8 to 10 years of experience in software testing – Manual and Automation
3 years of experience as test manager
Prior working experience in CMM level companies will be preferred
Software Testing Certification – ISTQB or PMP or SCRUM certification will be preferred
