Essential Skills
- Excellent organizational, adaptability, critical and strategic thinking, and communication skills
- 5+ years in a customer-facing Account Management position
- Ability to understand clients’ business needs and provide tailored solutions
- Self-motivated and ability to work independently
- Managing and developing relationships with clients – Top Management/CEO/CIO/COO and the likes
- Experience within the SaaS, E-commerce, and/or retail tech industries strongly preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology/Business/Marketing or any related field

- Strong customer relationship building
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Extensive sales and account management experience – 3 years and above
- Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office applications
- IT SaaS Sales background
- Strong sales and negotiation skills
Responsibility
- Managing and developing relationships with clients
- Expand our revenue in accounts through cross-sell and up-sell
- Existing customer visits – HO or stores
- Connecting to key business executives
- Understand customer’s business issues, desired business outcomes, and recommend solutions based on Contrast’s best practices
- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, and perform effectively under pressure
- Exceptional organizational, presentation, and communication skills, both verbal and written
