Implementation Consultant – ETP Unify Commerce Solutions
Job Description:
Responsibilities:
Client Discovery and Needs Assessment:
- Conduct in-depth consultations with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
- Perform a comprehensive needs assessment to identify customization requirements and specific features needed for successful implementation.
Configuration:
- Configure the Unified Commerce Solution based on client requirements, including POS configurations, CRM settings, promotion rules, Order Management, Product Management, and integration with online marketplaces.
- Collaborate with the development team to address any gaps/customization needs beyond the standard solution.
Training and Knowledge Transfer:
- Develop and deliver training programs for client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the solution effectively.
- Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
Project Management:
- Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for own activities in a project.
- Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
- Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
Technical Support:
- Act as a point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arise during and after the implementation.
- Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Documentation and Reporting:
- Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including configuration details, customizations, and training materials.
- Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders on project status, key performance indicators, and post-implementation feedback.
Collaboration and Communication:
- Foster strong communication and collaboration between clients, internal development teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Communicate client feedback, feature requests, and enhancement opportunities to the product development team.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
- Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of successfully implementing complex cloud-based solutions in the retail or unified commerce domain.
Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in configuring and customizing POS systems, CRM, Order Management, Promotion, Inventory, Product, and Price Management modules.
- Strong understanding of cloud-based technologies and integration with various Payment gateways, online marketplaces & logistics players.
Communication Skills:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills:
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client needs and troubleshoot technical issues.
Project Management:
- Experience in project management methodologies, including Agile or Scrum, to ensure effective and timely project delivery.
