Conduct in-depth consultations with enterprise clients to understand their business processes, goals, and challenges.
Perform a comprehensive needs assessment to identify customization requirements and specific features needed for successful implementation.
Configure the Unified Commerce Solution based on client requirements, including POS configurations, CRM settings, promotion rules, Order Management, Product Management, and integration with online marketplaces.
Collaborate with the development team to address any gaps/customization needs beyond the standard solution.
Develop and deliver training programs for client teams, ensuring they are proficient in using the solution effectively.
Provide ongoing support and knowledge transfer to key stakeholders, addressing any questions or concerns.
Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones for own activities in a project.
Coordinate with internal and external teams to ensure project deliverables align with client expectations.
Monitor and report on project progress, addressing any issues or deviations from the plan.
Act as a point of contact for technical issues, troubleshooting and resolving any challenges that arise during and after the implementation.
Work closely with the technical support team to ensure timely resolution of client issues.
Create and maintain detailed documentation for each implementation, including configuration details, customizations, and training materials.
Generate regular reports for clients and internal stakeholders on project status, key performance indicators, and post-implementation feedback.
Foster strong communication and collaboration between clients, internal development teams, and other relevant stakeholders.
