The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline.
Job Description
- Devising strategies to drive online traffic / create awareness / create engagement / drive leads / sales / conversions.
- Should have hands-on experience in developing and managing Google AdWords – PPC, remarketing, dynamic ad campaigns and monitoring them on a daily basis.
- Planning & executing LinkedIn, Facebook & Instagram paid campaigns.
- Updating social media touch points as per the SM strategy adopted.
- Managing online brand and promoting company’s products and services in the digital space.
- Creating and posting blog posts, articles, videos, company/product information on tech/trade sites.
- Coordinating with the SEO agency on a daily basis to improve the keyword rankings and organic traffic and reduce the bounce rate.
- Reviewing and actively managing website and other online assets and sources. Adding languages to the existing website.
- Should be able to use WordPress CMS and basic HTML coding.
- Using and researching the internet and new media to reach new customers and generate leads.
- Review new technologies and keep the company at the forefront of developments in digital marketing.
- Create plans, calendars, and reports and analyze ROI of each digital marketing initiative; Strive to improve the DM results.
Skills & Experience
- 5+ years of strong experience in strategically managing and growing organization’s marketing funnel.
- Plan, execute and monitor LinkedIn paid campaigns. Plan and execute all digital marketing, including Website, e-mail, Social Media, SEO/SEM, PPC- retargeting, display & search advertising campaigns as well as, monitoring and managing them on a daily basis.
- Mastery of Excel & Google Sheets, Google Analytics, Digital Marketing and automation tools.
- Well-versed with Google Analytics and Google Ads, and executed, monitored and analysed E-mail campaigns.
- Proven track record of exceeding Lead Generation targets.
- Data-driven marketing strategy, planning, budget allocation and organization alignment experience.
- Demonstrated experience in analyzing and improving marketing funnels and conversion rates.
- Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team.
- Strong experience using technology tools to support Lead generation.
- Should be able to create content such as technology articles, blog posts, slide shares and more, for posting online.
- Create plans, calendars, and reports for all digital marketing tasks.
