Warehouse management covers inbound logistics, outbound logistics, and inventory valuation. Customers can make sales receipt requests and requests for transportation from the warehouse .

The inspection process can be used to receive goods received by purchase orders. This is tailored to the quality of the goods received. In the inspection process, the user can select the notes of goods received from the inventory at the inspection site. The user can do this check and determine the amount he needs to put in the approval box and / or the rejection box. After the inspection is confirmed, the inventory is updated.

Transportation from site to location

This feature is used when needed to move inventory from one location to another location within the warehouse.

Inventory

This property is used to perform inventory counting. Once the inventory is confirmed, the inventory is updated by the quantity difference. During the inventory, transactions on items and locations are frozen and no inventory transactions are performed until the inventory is complete. Processes are only unfrozen after validation and inventory confirmation.

Inventory evaluation

Inventories are valued based on the weighted average online method, material requirement planning (MRP) or last purchase price as a means of determining value. The Inventory Value report can be used to discover the total value of inventory in a particular warehouse / store. Alternatively, the inventory value can also be seen for an item and a similar report can be made.
