Technical Delivery Head
The Technical Delivery Head is responsible for the delivery of software development projects within ETP Retail Business division
This role will be reporting to the Head - Global Services
Performance Measurement
- First time right Delivery
- On Time Delivery
- Budgets
- Management of the Technical team consisting of Project Manager, Leads and Developers and QA who will report to this role.
Key Responsibilities
The roles key responsibilities - Project Planning, Scheduling and Team Performance.
In execution of these responsibilities, The Delivery Head should demonstrate superior skills including but not limited to the following areas
- Understanding and leveraging expert knowledge about relevant ETP and 3rd party technology,
- Designing and developing superior technical approaches and solutions which satisfy clients’ business needs & Identify and implement useful tools to be used by ETP Consulting and support organizations.
To Identify, implement and adapt AI tools for technical development and troubleshooting.
The Delivery Head should also display solid ability to delegate, supervise, and develop Project Manager/Software Engineer / Consultants.
The Delivery Head should also need to learn, adapt, demonstrate and utilize expert understanding of ETP Development Methodology (EDM) for execution of the development projects. The Delivery Head has to also adapt to clients’ needs of WaterFall or Agile development methodologies.
The Delivery Head needs to ensure Quality application is delivered to the customer which meets the customer expectation.
In addition, The Delivery Head is expected to build and maintain positive relationships with all ETP clients
The Delivery Head is expected to possess functional and technical experts to oversee, monitor and control the Development projects.
Work with cross functional teams RnD, Implementation, Customer Support, Customer Success Management teams to deliver solutions to clients
Work Experience
- Qualification: B.E / MBA
- Having PMP/PRINCE is an added advantage
- 18-20 years Technical experience
- Hands-on technical experience
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Domain Preference: Retail / Sales/ ERP / Distribution / Retail Software.
