About The Role:

We’re looking for someone who can take ownership of our content strategy and evolve it for how search works today—not just on Google, but across AI platforms like ChatGPT, Gemini, and Perplexity. This role is a mix of strategy and execution. You’ll be expected to think big, but also get your hands dirty—writing, shaping narratives, and building content that actually drives results (MQLs, engagement, visibility).

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Build and drive a content strategy that works across SEO, AEO, and emerging AI-driven discovery
  • Create and oversee different types of content—blogs, whitepapers, case studies, landing pages, LinkedIn posts, etc.
  • Ensure our content shows up not just in search results, but also in AI-generated answers
  • Work with internal teams to structure content better (schema, technical inputs, etc.)
  • Manage and guide our SEO agency—push back when needed and ensure outcomes, not just reports
  • Track what’s working using both traditional metrics and newer ones like zero-click visibility or AI citations
  • Continuously refine content based on performance and business goals
Key Responsibilities:
  • Integrated Content Strategy: Build a roadmap that works for traditional search (SEO), Answer Engines (AEO), and Generative AI (GEO).
  • Multi-Format Execution: Produce a full spectrum of high-impact assets
  • Educational: Blogs, Newsletters, E-books, White Papers, and Research Reports.
  • Sales Enablement: Case Studies, Product Brochures, Testimonials, and ROI Calculators.
  • Digital: Social media (LinkedIn), PR, and high-intent website landing pages.
  • AEO/GEO Optimization: Map out "entities" and topics to ensure AI models cite us as a primary source. Write content that is "machine-readable" (easy for AI to crawl) while remaining deeply engaging for humans.
  • Technical Collaboration: Partner with teams to implement Schema Markup and structured data.
  • Agency Management: Lead the relationship with our SEO agency. Provide high-level insights, challenge technical audits, and ensure their strategy delivers actual ROI and MQLs.
  • Modern KPIs: Establish and track "Future-Proof" metrics, including AI Citation Share, Zero-Click Visibility, and Keyword Cluster Dominance

The Job responsibilities of the candidate shall include but not limited to the Job Description & to perform any other tasks/functions as required by the Company.

Essential Skills
  • 6–8 years in content marketing or digital strategy
  • Familiarity with tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs or SEMrush
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or similar
