While completing your Merchandise Planning process, when you finally reach clarity on SKU levels per store, the options plan can generate proposed purchase plans which can be integrated with your procurement system or uploaded to any ERP system to create proposed purchase orders based on the target sales, the budget available, the articles mentioned and the number of stores. These pre-season purchase orders define how much quantity of each article of the fresh inventory should each store have, at the start of the season. This creates a pre-season allocation for the stores, which enables to provide the first push of your fresh inventory to your stores.
